Haircuts and content suggestions

It's going to be quiet around here until the site goes to open beta, but I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for posts they'd like to see. A FAQ page maybe, links list, whatever you can come up with.

I was also wondering if anyone would be interested in a basic "haircut tips" post. As you may know I'm a stylist and one of my main focuses is giving quality haircuts to transpeople since that's an easy way for me to give back to the community. One of my more recent projects was giving a female mannequin a haircut to make her more masculine, it highlights some of the more common issues with transguy haircuts pre-T.

I'd love some tips. I had my hair short for almost seventeen years. Six years ago I grew it out and now that I'm starting to accept myself as FtM I'm trying to find ways to style my hair that's a little differently.

Heh, currently I'm bored with the length and I nearly chopped it off and went short again, but I don't want to deal with the every 8 weeks hair cut (my hair grows like a weed. I only notice it now because I can barely get a month out of a hair dye before the grey shows though)

I have two main problems with my hair, it's wavy and tends to curl/fuzz at the slightest bit of humidity and therefore it tangles to the point of nearly snarling. Mostly I'm looking for something cute (without being too ridiculous) and easy to maintain.


So yeah after that long winded comment ^_^;; any tips would be awesome.
